You can probably tell that today- I am confused! Not sure what mood I'm in or what I'm feeling! Here are some inspiration pics that have caught my attention this morning. Sharp cut leather dress or cashmere jumpsuit; today I could happily jump into both.. and by sitting on my desk, maybe I'll get more work done (note to self: buy bigger desk to sit on). The all-white attire by Elin Kling is so refreshing, a summer must have look.
I'm going to Paris in a couple weeks, must start preparing...wouldn't it be great if I could run through the Tuileries in a jumpsuit a la Carine?

Alexander McQueen and Gucci's pre fall 2011 collections are beautiful.
Gucci's collection revolves around 70's silhouette, and starts subtly, but progresses to full-on seventies glamour of long silhouettes and fur vests.
McQueen was military inspired, with tailored bottoms and belted jackets. With equally feminine softer silhouettes and intricate detailing, sticking to a palette of navy, black and hints of red.

SWEDISH.SUMMER

A friend emailed me to say Topshop has launched a 'Swedish Summer' range for ss11. Naturally I wanted to see how they had managed to bottle the Swedish summer style. Some cute pieces, but Stockholm in the summer is more casual, refined to white and denim, and not as complicated as the lookbook shots appear. Topshop have picked up and emphasised the more eclectic swedish style bites, I prefer to stick to simplicity. You'll have to come to Stockholm this summer to see for yourself!
